The link to access Starweb through Citrix is https://starwebcitrix.epplp.com

 

  1. If you don’t have Citrix ICA client, please download it by clicking on the link ‘MetaFrame Presentation Server Client for 32-bit Windows’ on this page.
  2. Login using your Starweb DMZ2 user ID and password.
  3. Click on the Starweb Gas icon and it will launch Starweb in Citrix ICA client.
  4. When prompted for Client File Security set it up with ‘Full Access’ and ‘Never ask me again for this server’ or ‘Never ask me again’ like below.

  1. You will see Starweb Customer Activities Portal Page with Gathering, Transportation, Information Exchange and Report Subscription links.
  2. Click on Gathering or Transportation link to get to Starweb which will take you to the portal notice page with the big star. 
  3. Click on the big star to get to Starweb application.
  4. Click on Information Exchange or Report Subscription links to get to those applications. 
  5. When done using Starweb, please Log Off at the page with the Starweb Gas icon.
