Important Notice for all customers accessing Starweb and Information Exchange applications |
On 7 May 2008, Enterprise will be changing the IP Address for Starweb (www.starwebgas.com). For customers who have a corporate firewall, this may require firewall changes on your side to continue accessing Starweb in the future.
Please contact your IT network group supporting your corporate firewall to have them make the necessary changes. If required changes are not made, it may result in Starweb not being accessible after 7 May 2008.
Instructions for Corporate IT Network Group:
External IP address for starwebgas.com is changing. If you currently have a firewall rule for Starweb on IP address range 207.252.112.* opened for inbound/outbound access on TCP ports 80 (http), 443 (SSL), 15000 (ORB) class C, you will need to add the same rule for our new IP range [63.173.209.*] or 63.173.209.46, 63.173.209.48.
You must leave the current settings for IP Address 207.252.112.* in place until after 7 May 2008.
This change will not affect customers accessing Starweb via Citrix.
Customers are recommended to access Starweb via Citrix to avoid issues with coporate firewalls, virtual machines and application file downloads to local machines.

gathering business with Enterprise. Through StarWeb,
a customer can nominate, schedule, obtain reports and statements, and
exchange information. To log on to StarWeb, current StarWeb users may
click on any one of the four selections (buttons) listed next to the
StarWeb icon on the top menu bar.

Midstream LiveSM
Users: Midstream Live (formerly EP Midstream Today)
is an online service that provides best available real-time system status
and meter data for Enterprise’s natural gas pipelines and gathering
systems. To log onto Midstream Registered Midstream Live users may click
on the Midstream Live Logon button at the top of this page. For more
information about Midstream Live, select Midstream
Live FAQ located in the menu on the left.
Informational Postings (EBBs): To access informational postings for
Enterprise’s natural gas pipelines,
gathering systems, and storage facilities, please click on the Informational
Postings button located in the menu on the left.
